Forms & Waivers

All campers must have a Language Kids Houston waiver signed by a parent or authorized caregiver before participating in camp. Some camp locations require an additional waiver to be signed by a parent or authorized caregiver. Children without an additional signed waiver required by the camp’s location will not be able to participate at camps held at that specific location.
