This thematic unit is designed for curious young minds, eager to explore the rich tapestry of Spanish-speaking countries. Each day, campers will ‘visit’ a different country, discovering its unique culture, food, animals, music, traditions, and much more, all while engaging in fun craft activities and immersive Spanish language learning.

Daily Country Exploration: Our campers will travel from the mountains of Peru to the beaches of Mexico, and everywhere in between. Each day focuses on a different Spanish-speaking country, offering a deep dive into its unique cultural aspects. Children will learn about famous landmarks, native wildlife, traditional music, and important historical events of each country.

Cultural Crafts and Activities: While we won’t be cooking, our campers will express their creativity through a variety of crafts and activities. They might create colorful masks for a Mexican carnival, weave traditional patterns inspired by Guatemalan textiles, or make miniature replicas of ancient Incan artifacts. These hands-on projects not only enhance their artistic skills but also provide tangible connections to the cultures they’re learning about.
