Adventures in Spain

Campers will have a blast taking a tour through the different regions of Spain and learn all about Spanish culture and traditions. Campers will start their journey in Madrid, travel south to Castilla La Mancha, Andalucia and Extremadura and then go up north to Castilla y Leon, Aragon and Cataluña.

Campers will learn about Spain’s history, traditional food, and festivals and will be introduced to the beautiful Flemish music and will create their own castañuelas.

Linguist Apprentices (Ages 3-5) – Through music and play, campers will develop their conversational skills in a second language. Children will engage in arts and crafts and hands-on projects while learning another language.

Language Ambassadors (Ages 6-10) – Campers will participate in project-based learning activities that will help them connect the foreign language to meaning, providing them the opportunity to develop their conversational skills while learning about fun and interesting topics.
