Whether pretending we are animal rescue heroes or learning about animals in danger of extinction in Latin America, Language Kids World students will have a blast in our “Camp Safari” summer camp. Children will learn about the sea turtles you can spot in Costa Rica; jaguars that live in Mexico, Belize, and Argentina; chinchillas that live in the Andes region; and many interesting species that inhabit Galapagos island.
Globetrotting with Animals – Children will learn about animals from all over the world! Lions, tigers, and pandas? Yes! Campers will learn about their habitat, all while learning a new language!
Texas Safari – Texas has a wide variety of wildlife! From white-tailed deer to armadillos, to alligators, campers will discover what animals in the Lone Star state has in its own backyard!
Linguist Apprentices (Ages 3-5) – Through music and play, campers will develop their conversational skills in a second language. Children will engage in arts and crafts and hands-on projects while learning another language.
Language Ambassadors (Ages 6-10) – Campers will participate in project-based learning activities that will help them connect the foreign language to meaning, providing them the opportunity to develop their conversational skills while learning about fun and interesting topics.
