From crafting fresh guacamole in Mexico to assembling tropical fruit salads inspired by Colombia and making no-bake alfajores from Argentina, children will discover the culinary traditions that make each region unique. Alongside the cooking, they’ll learn about the history and cultural significance of these dishes.

Campers will use simple, wholesome ingredients to create their dishes, all while practicing Spanish vocabulary related to food, cooking, and ingredients.
